aww. sadest part is about the 3-5 Blue Whales they mentioned that were killed by boats. Blue whales are huge and endangered.

I hate seeing whales get killed. They're so gentle and beautiful. And not enough of them.

the thing is the whales only here the props of the boat and are caught off gaurd thinking they are safe.

I would think they would hear the bow wave too. Especially the kind of huge wave a large ship makes. I think the problem with whales getting hit is that they sleep at the surface. By the time they wake up and hear the noise it is too late!
