Sounds liek a good idea to me ! They are getting more comfortable and not all packed in a corner. Look alot better when all spread out... Little piranha train across the tank lol.

Are you looking to achieve a one directional flow ? I have 2 ehiem classic 350s on my 180 (2 90 gallon canister filters)
One is facing back to front (spray bars) and the one is on the right side pointing to the left side, but both skim the top. Should I get a powerhead or a fan to get current below ?

I have my spray bar on the right side of my tank with my powerhead just below it pointed to the surface. They flow fast along the surface then bounces off the far glass pane and makes a broad smooth current across the whole tank.
