1 post? seems like a troll to me....but if he does have that small a tank,, I would trade in those fish for some LFS credit and get myself a betta, a few plants and some shrimp.

Judging by your location I don't think you will need a heater.

Clown knifes grow up to about 3 foot maybe bigger and will need a very VERY large tank or even better a pond . When big enough will eat the goldfish you have and Koi .
