Freshwater here. The fish that i want are sort of pricey... but the maintenance (specifically water changes) are way easier.

SALTWATER is the only water my friend. :headbang2
You can create awsome community, saltwater, tanks and there are some, saltwater, unique looking fish such as lionfish, saltwater, and great white sharks :shark: that you can, saltwater, put in the tank. Ok, well maybe not the sharks, but ,saltwater, lionfish are awsome.
Don't you feel like getting saltwater now, not that I was trying to send you subliminal messages or anything? :D

Freshwater!!!

Then again, I could see myself being seduced by the "dark side" and setting up a marine tank with invertebrates and live rock and all sorts of creepy crawlies and colorful fish and eels and.... sigh....

*they only way to survive spryandspringy is to use marine. Those around you have left you with an ungly freshwater. The salt is right here, pick it up and add it to the water. No one is stopping you. You have incredible lighting that can be used. Good good, you are strong Darth spryandspringy, very strong, yet still weak... *

i will stick with freshwater,

coz i am pretty comfortable with the many variety of monster fishes there, and also cost and maintaince is much lower compared to saltwater..

plus its always easier to get that particular freshwater canivore u want compared to salties..
