The male eventually broke through the partial divider when I was out of town for a few days and killed the female. And less than a year after that he ended up dying. He was a little over 12" and a truly great fish!
There's a big difference between the Cyano and the Capinte escondido. Like East to West. That's great to have this photo next to my fish for comparison of the smallest pearls to the biggest pearls.
But this is not about that really. Just wanna see and compare all the Escondido variants..

I have an adult pair of Chairels, the male is currently 8-9". Im hoping he reaches 12"!
