ewww! You need Clout or some kind of fungus medicine. Did your water get too cold or did you change too much water and it's cold? I remember my fishes had white pimples like that growing because it got so cold. I cured them with Clout. Inexpensive but effective.
 
Pimafix it. Or any other good Fungus med.
 
Mine had it after I first got him. Add salt and ethromycin II. It willclear up very fast.
 
I'm going with a bacteria. I would continue to dose the salt. It will help prevent infection if the cysts decide to rupture, and it helps with osmoregulation.

Erythromycin is an antibiotic that fights certain bacteria that cause cysts or blisters like the ones I see on your fish. However, erythromycin treats gram positive bacterial infections, and the vast majority of tropical fish disease are caused by gram negative bacteria...

My personal choice of action would be a combo. Maracyn I and Maracy II. Maracyn I contains erythromycin as the active ingredient, and Maracyn II contains Minocycline which is an antibiotic that treats gram negative bacteria. This combo is broad spectrum and IMO will help your fish recover. Be aware though, I think Maracyn will kill off your beneficial bacteria, so isolating the sick would be preferable not only to prevent the disease from spreading but also to make water changes more manageable.
 
I am just saying mine had a very silmilar problem and the symptoms (little pink tumors) went away in a day, treatment lasted longer. The salt helped reduce the problem. Mine even had it in his mouth.
 
started treatment today Esha 2000...

so, will keep everyone posted how it will work out....
 
I had the exact same thing on my pair at 3".

I dosed esha, with no luck.
I also added salt, and did big w/c's, with no luck for over a month.

I'm not sure esha is the brand to use :/ However, you might ofcourse have better luck with it than i did.
 
I'm going to strongly recommend you re-post in the Diseases section; there are some posters over there (like Lupin) who have seen and treated just about everything
