I pane to grow out around 400 fry to 3'' this summer.Here is a picture of one of my 3 250gl grow out tanks.Out of every batch of flowerhorn fry there will be about 80 to 90 culls.All a guy could hope for would be 10 to 15 koky,pearl colorful fry with good fin.Evan out of the best parents.That hybrid for ya.I already now that and have plenty of friend with huge fish just waiting for the cull.But those 10 or 15 fry at 3'' will bring $50+each.Well this is the game plan.I get these numbers from my buddies that breed here in the US as well as over sea.I hope this help shed some light on my breeding of hybrids.Thanks for all the comment though.I just love talking about this hobby

Bud, that female is off the hook man!! If she has the kok gene, you might get some kokky fry. She is an awesome breeder man, don't see them that red too often bro. Not sure what kind of fry they would kick out, but definatly some potential there. I'm sure you'll get some sweet ass fry, but the percentage is yet to be seen. Keep me updated on this smoking hot pair dude!! Too bad you don't have a few extra grand to snatch up a ture MP male to breed to her. She is soemthing special man, take care of her!!!

All looks good except for about the first 100+ eggs would not stick to the slate.They just got fan all over the tank.Kinda sucks but it is what it is.Or something like that hahaha
