Looks quite nice for the size. Way to young for sexing.

Balton, that Rio tamuin is particuly nice with the large pearls. I'd like to see an adult male of this strain.

Looks like a male because of the obvious lack of a black patch in the dorsal fin. It's certainly sexable. My 2.5" H. carpinte bonded pair just spawned for the second time in 2 months and calicichlid's one looks to be around the same size as mine.
 
I agree with male. These guys are very easy to sex early on.
