carpintus a courtin

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I can only see the eggs on the rock, and the bottom of the flower pot, there may be many on the inside of the pot, can't be sure.
Funny how great large scale water changes are for initiating spawning, now 2 Paratilapia have paired up, and doing a synchronized swimming routine, so I had to jam a divider into their tank this afternoon.

Wrigglers started popping from the eggs late yesterday, now they are carting them around.
Fry raising colors on these carpintus are worth the wait

Is it normal for them to get any hint of orange red or rusty burandy color around or under the pearls and fins??

Is mine normal or red texas?

I've never had a red Texas, or studied one close enough, so I wouldn't be able to say. Mine go thru all kinds of color variations depending on mood, and each location variant seems to have slightly different coloration.
