My wifes cat doesn't really bother anything.But the dog likes to eat dvd/cd/belts/wallets..etc

I used to have a house full of house plants. Not anymore at least dvd cases clean up easier than pottong soil.

I have a solid white siamese and tabby mix, that likeS to swim, need i say more. A cat in a 55 gal isnt a pretty sight. Although the cat doesnt like fish-THANK GOD

Yeah, but they have late fees. Blockbuster gave that up a long time ago. Hollywood Video people are usually more friendly but I can't allow myself to pay 4 dollars for a 1 day late fee when it cost less than that to rent the movie.





Oddball, those are some crazy cats but what they lack in sanity they make up for in personality I'm sure haha

the only problem I have with my cats is they destroy furniture and wont use the scratch post.they even use the carpet.I clip their nails,I dont know what else to do,but they can still do damage with clipped nails....anybody have any suggestions?

Mine have scratching posts in several room and they use them fervently. My wood furniture hasn't been scarred (yet).

My job has me on-call 24/7 so, I never know if I can watch a DVD before it winds up being late. I buy them pre-viewed for a coupla bucks more than a rental fee. And, once a year, I dig through them and give away the ones I haven't watched in a while (except a few of the classics and OOP titles).

I know they sell little tiny plastic nail coverings to go over cat claws. A family friend of ours put them on her cat who was tearing up their couch and hasn't had problems since. I've seen them at Petco before but couldn't find them on their site.

Nail coverings attach to the claws with a nontoxic adhesive and provide a blunt nail tip so scratching does not cause damage. About once a month, the coverings must be removed, the nails trimmed, and new coverings applied. You can do this yourself, or you can take your cat to your veterinarian to have it done.
