Buy small feeder block for each tank and have a nive vacation. No need in over reacting and making a big deal out of nothing. Its 10 days, people on here starve there fish for weeks trying to force them to eat non-live foods.

By the way, I never use dechlorinator. Except for saltwater waterchanges and 100% waterchanges.

You were probably overreacting to the cloudiness though!

Good luck getting the tank back on track...I'm going to Singapore for the summer holidays and I'm already nervous about my systems...
 
you can leave them. no need to feed at all really. they'll be fine.

Those feeder blocks always screw up my tanks. I hate them with a burning passion. :swear::devil::FIREdevil:angryfire:mr-t:
 
i'd say allowing neighbors to do water changes is safer than feeding. nothing like returning to dead fish and a 1inch layer of food on the bottom of the tank.

hey at least its only 10 days..when i go on vaca its for 1 month!..i still havnt figured out what im to do about my tanks...i have 3 bettas in 1 gallons and oscar and several other tank plus im building a large pond soon lso (300 gallons) so im more screwed then you AJ haha :D
