Naa man. Bring your crab nets and get spiders. The only bad thing is that when you eat their shell is really hard but the meat is worth it

for sure bro I've been trying to go fishing for a while now crab catching sounds very fun! i used to catch rock crabs off the pier all the time but they weren't that big about 5", shovelnose sharks that's whats it called i remember seeing some guy landing a 5 footer off of Belmont pier crazy looking thing, do you eat these things? I just have to free up some time to go fishing, and fish tacos damn now I'm hungry

I think when you catch them standing on shore they average around 5'. I hear of people eating it, only familiar recipe I heard they use it for is fish tacos. Idk other ways they serve it, never tried it yet...

Clipped off stinger and tail, gave it to a friend for them to grill and eat

I seem to recall the op posting something about giving the shark and ray to someone but that post dont seem to be here any more

I also posted how it would be cool to keep a shark like that in a tank
