Catching a wild Snakeheads in Potomic.

i eat snake head, but that's because I'm of Asian descent.

....and because it tastes good.There is a market nearby that has em frozen and I will give them a try one day,at least I can have them that way..

I saw a documentery on tv the other day about Snakeheads, and how they are becoming a native specie in the rivers and lakes around the Washington DC area.

A species cannot become native, its either native or introduced. SHs are introduced.

I doubt its illegal to fish for them. Since they are a nuisance species, you'd be doing the government and fellow hobbyists a favor by killing it and throwing it in the water as fish food.
