I didnt read the Books but I just thought it was more of a industrial type Districts with Energy source or Manufacturing, District 12 being Coal Mining and so on. Just a touching on Slavery a little, I did see a few white ppl in the crowd at the Tour Speech. I hope the 3rd Movie will be better since the Revolution is starting

What better place for Rebel HQ. Snow said he was gona Nuke every rebellious district but he Fire bomb 12, I smell weakness. If he was to nuke each district im sure their econ and lifestyle will be destroyed as well and have Riots as a result plus the Rebelion. Did I just guess the 3rd Movie? haha
I thought they made it pretty clear that district 13 had been completely destroyed as an example to everyone else, and that there was nothing left of it. Although I was wondering why the other districts has such a strong peacekeeper presence long before 12 did. Was the rebellion much more imminent elsewhere?
I just saw and it was very good IMO. I read the books & the only part I didn't like was that they left out the backstory about district 13; they make mention of what happened but didn't go into detail (especially since District 13 wasn't really destroyed). They did skip some minor scenes from the book, but overall I was impressed.
Sounds like youd start movie 3 with that back story? Theyre going to stretch it into 2 more movies.....

I just saw it. Pretty awesome. They only left out a few small details but all in all, pretty good adaptation from the book to the movie.
Sumo, don't waste your time. I know you, so that means, you wont be satisfied with the movie. Unless you've seen the first and liked it. Jk lol
But yea, i saw the movie yesterday with the gf, she read all the books. I didn't read any of the books and the first one was okay. But the second one was pretty awesome, i was impressed. It was a good movie and we both liked it, well.. she loved it and even stated that it was better than the book. It was a good movie to watch. Now... im more excited about the desolation of smaug!
