catching lake fish for fillets

I would watch out for Fish Diseases, when you say stock do you mean people go out and catch wild fish and bring it in and put it in your Local Pond if so I wouldnt feed my fish they fillet, good Idead though!

it was stocked 15 years ago. fish had to get there somehow. however the fish population is self sustaining now. what fish should i use?
