I am the proud owner of a vulture catfish today! Been swiming in my tank for 3 hours and it's hard to take my eyes off of him. He's huge also! Lol website said 9-10" measured it at 11.5" before putting in the tank. PICS someday if i ever get my computer back in working order. Definitely from Jeff also btw! ;)

Congrats! Can't wait to see him! I've had mine for a week now and still could sit for hours just watching him.

cliff I believe kevin flemming of jurassic aquatics still has a few flathead left at around 5-6" as for the cats I've kept its hard to remember all of them but the highlights are: bagarius yarreli (of both thai and indian origin), brachyplatystoma filamentosum, silurius glanis, platysilurius mucosus, platysilurius malarmo, zungaro zungaro, wallago attu and i'll be picking up a brachyplatystoma platyneum next week!

Good luck with the platynemum. Seem extremely difficult to get in alive. Where you getting that one? lol. I'm gonna go check out kevin right quick! :) Extremely jealous of the S. glanis, but not even sure how anyone gets these in the US. lol. I've always wanted one, but put myself to the fact that they are illegal to own. Would be nice to be in touch with someone who owned one so that I could disect it and mount the skeleton once it died at a very large size!!!!

I'm gonna have to update my list again next week I fear! lol. :)
