Rhamdia spp., so a sister-group to the Pimelodidae cat-fishes. Might be quelen, as they're most common and reliably widespread, but there are a number of similar-looking sp. across Panama/northern Latin America. The jagged appearance of the dorsal-fin is likely due to injury/decay.
What an interesting looking pim cat??? The dorsal fin is uniquely jagged and spiny.
