might as well throw in a chocolate raphael as well! I'd put the chaca in a seperate tank, but still get it lol! I want pics of them all when you have it up and running. Thinking of getting a girrafe and niger myself.

that would be a solid move, niger cats are prolly my favorite of the catfish available in the trade.

I had a tsn x niger...but found a clean skeleton of in a few days ago..no idea what happened.
How big of fish can a 20'' channel cat eat?
My lfs has one thats tempting..

Not sure, but my channel has never eaten another fish, and he's way bigger than the ones he lives with. I'd say probably a 12" fish if it was skinny enough. I was always jealous of your hybrid. It made me want one to grow out to an adult really bad. I need to find one, but it always seems impossible. I think it would go nicely with my other large catfish hybrids.

I decided not to get the channel as it was more than i have for getting new fish at the moment, and it would eventually outgrow my 'pond'..

hmm. i already have the grenfelli, which i assume would be the hardest to find..and does anyone know of a place with bagarious in SoCal?

Well, so far I have ..
an 8'' giraffe
11'' suncat
11'' ompok
and got a 7'' Pimelodus blochii today
Also got the grenfelli, but he still has to grow out before he can go in with the bigger guys..
