Catfish CRAZY at XoticAquatix!

I remember a conversation a while back, in which a few people were talking about a huge species of Corydora that grows to 6".. I have read about it somewhere else as well, but I just can't find the info. I am in no way a Corydora expert, so hopefully someone can shed some light on the subject All I want to know, is if I can get some FULL GROWN badboys!! I want to see CORYDORAS and RAYS in a monster tank!!

I know the Corydoras barbatus are known to get up to 5". I have yet to hear of anything larger, but I haven't really been in the game for the last 10 years and lots of new species have been found in that time.

Is it just me or does the fish in pic 1 look like it has some sort of parasite on it's side?

yeah.

ive had 6 brochis splendens now in a group of 6 for a while.
they're not getting any bigger than 2' and they eat really well.
Wanna try spawning them soon...

Maybe there is a sub species....
