Catfish for 300g

I just bought a new 300g and was wondering what kind of catfish that I could put in it for life? I don't want something like an RTC or TSN, I want something a little different. I have a blue channel cat right now that's about 6", but he'll be going into my granddad's pond when he gets bigger. I might get a shovelnose eventually though...

what are the dimensions? The gallons dont matter so much. cause the deeper the tank the better the fish can turn around. The longer the tank will allow for stronger swimming fish.

In that case you're still looking for a cat fish which would not exceed 18".
