yea but hes going to outgrow that soon...

id go witha pim depeneding on your other stock, i had a 4line but he beat the crap out of my other fish inclding my larger RTC and Channel.... bullheads are nice catfish...., check into getting a larger bunch of synos

Thanks guys I'm looking for some that can live there life in a 150 so redtail is out of the question and seeing how lima shovelnose's can get 18 inchs and my tank is 18 inchs don't wanna do that. I know if I lived in a 18 inch wide tank and I was 18 inchs long it would suck I'd have to stand on my head just to turn around.

So what about like a group of cats then? Like 5 Synodontis petricola, or like 3 petricola and 3 decorus? That would be cool too. Have a school of little cats scurrying around.

Otherwise I really like the Jaguar catfish (Liosomadorus oncinus) sp?. They are sweet looking cats and I believe they hit 10 inches...

How about the aluminum catfish. I don't know too much about them but I believe they get about 10-12 inches long and look pretty cool.

A sun or eclipse catfish would be a good size but they are shy
:iagree:I'd love to have a sun cat if I had the room to set up my 55g, they look cool and stay fairly small, though as steelshade said, they are very shy.

Also, if you like limas, get one. I think you will be fine, they rarely get to more than 16".

limas are really slow growers. an i think it would be just fine in a 150. i have 1 in a 125. plus they dont really move a whole ton(untill night). you should be fine though in a 150
