Catfish for a 55-90

if you dont mind asian suggestion one would be a frogmouth catfish- nice predatory behavior and would be nice to have it predate on the green terror fry if you have a pair.

I will definatly look out for them but i might not find one at a lfs.

hoplo cats would be perfect..only get around 8 inches max and have great personalities...mine eats out of my hand and is very active

What about raphael cats?

they're great- depends on some of them as some people never see theirs while others see theirs all of the time however hiding spaces is a requirement for those guys or they'll bust the tank apart including the heater/equipments... and is easily available in LFS that wont cost you an arm or a leg.

that was my very first suggestion but he only wants one, not a school. those guys are def. a shoaling species.

I went out and did some research and Hoplos actually look pretty cool. They grow to a descent size and thier active. But when most people say "shoal" they mean like 6 fish which I don't want. If I were to get them could I keep them in groups of like 3?
