+1 for Megalodoras! Mine is growing like a weed. My Granulosus is pretty cool too. Always been a fan of Marbled Pim as well, would totally have one if I didn't have to worry about it eating my smaller plecos.
I personally love the temperate and cold water cats. Madtoms, Bullheads, Channels, Blues, Flatheads, and Wels.
Redtails have gotta be my favorite, would love to have one in the futureI think the coolest ones are the bumblebee, dwarf stone catfish, ripsaw catfish, blue tail banjo catfish, tiger shovelnosed catfish and of course the redtailed catfish for exotics.
Local ones you can catch yourself i like the brown bullhead, flathead, blue and channel cats.
Bullheads are super adaptable btw and will easily live with any predatory fish with no issues and do not obtain ridiculous sizes that some other catfish species do.
As for saltwater i am not too familiar with alot of them. But the gaftopsail catfish is rather cool
Lol. No they won't. They are very slow growers. Mine has grown about an inch a year. How has no one mention megalodoras cats yet?!
Just picked up 2 Irwinis from Rapps, will be monsters in a couple years.
Jeez, mine has probably grown 7" within the year, got it at 2" and it's around 9" nowLol. No they won't. They are very slow growers. Mine has grown about an inch a year.
