I kind of say a wallago attu's teeth are a like like astro turf tons of them but they are small and @ 2' you can see them eventhough they are small these guys can pull in some large prey. I think the biggest thing with them and being able to eat large prey is how large they can open their mouth and basically swallow fish whole. When i feed mine a 10" smelt he will just basically swallow it whole. one day I will get a video of feeding him. I just need the cord to hook up the video camera up to the computer and i will do that.

well i can't wait to see that footage of your attu at feeding time =] man does your attu change colors or any other catfishes you have change colors? Cause my RTC x TSN hybrid is going from a dark black in body color and then later on the day he changes to a gold color...which i think is nice but im just wondering....lol seems like a gold hybrid...but i think many of you RTC x TSN keepers may have notice that unless mines the only one...

I noticed both of mine do it... it's weird and makes it hard to tell them apart sometimes... lucky for me one has a scare on it's back near it's dorsal fin which helps LOL
 
May I join I've got 2 Megalodoras uranoscopus , 1 Pterodoras granulosus (Bacu), 4 Trachycorystes trachycorystes, 1 Pangasius hypophthalmus, 1 Brachyplatystoma juruense and 2 Asterophysus batrachus (Gulpers). By the way they're should be special exceptions for Gulper and Trachy's. They're basically little monsters, like the Trachy's common name is Black Monster Catfish. The name is Monster Catfish League and size isn't the only thing that makes a monster. Alot of being a monster is attitude and these fish have that in spades. Anyway that's just my humble opinion I hope what I said will be considered. Either way if accepted I would be proud to be a member.

lol necrocanis is just being a little funny =] like being a smarty but ya noe...he just saying his words right now like he has no clue what a catfish is even though he does know lol
 
Oh, and I have a cool idea for a logo, when I get home from work tomorrow afternoon I'll see if I have time to whip it up on photoshop, before I got pickup my new 125!!!!

*tease* the logo will be the silhouette of catfish swimming upwards...
 
Mystus, even if you have a catfish that is only 1 inch right now you can still be a member as long as the catfish can get to be over 2ft or more.
