oh i was still pissed lol so i shoved a tube in the intake so nothing else gets sucked into the evil killing impellers... but im still making a DIY filter to connect to the intake of the powerhead...like a plastic bottle and adding filter floss and bio-media like activated super carbon and other mixes and another layer of filter material...so it helps keep the tank clean and helps keep any of my darn fishes to get sucked in
