Wels. I'm not aware of goonches in much excess of 3' raised in captivity. Wels you should grow to 6'-8' expected. Even 10', although you may not live long enough to see it.

Yeah, Liam, thanks. I remember. IIRC you said it is someone who is not on MFK and you are only guessing the fish's current size.

Nothing personal, but I must go (for myself) by evidence, not grape vine (unless that person is known and has a proper reputation but even then at least a photo is a must, a ruler/size reference is highly desirable).
