Catfish Question

be more clear did the puffers kill him or was it the salt in the water
 
yeah, it is adjusting to the water. you just should keep it low light and give it time and food then it will come out on it's own.

but that is sad to hear that you catfish died.

I suggest that next time you do somthing like that put a fish in a bucket? but at least a small heater and small hang on filter on it. It will save your fish from being in shock. most of the fish that i do somthing like that died two-3 day later with water change.

He was drip acclimated. Next time the puffers are being put into a floating livebearer breeder for 2 days. I had to do that to a blue crab for 3 days until his new digs were set up.
