catfish suggestions needed for a 150

I'd love to see a regular yellow hit 16", but the max I can ever see one growing in captivity is 14" with 10-12" more likely. The world record was just barely 16" I believe.

the bullhead would be coming from the Hudson river which is pretty gross I can catch channel cats blue cats and bull heads all day now if I place him in a quarantine how long would he have to stay there keep in mind it would be coming from the Hudson river
