Catfish with Cichlids in 1032 pond!

Oh I get it-duh! I used to have Africans and they were beautiful but I often times felt like I had a Chihuahua instead of an Akita.
 
Alright I did a lot of thinking and decided against the Vulture Cat so what is another cat that I could possibly get?
 
go for another large pimelodidea check planetcatfish.com and see if you can find one or two you like pretty much all except the vulture cat can go with the tankmates you have except mabye the eclipse which could get out grown and eaten pretty fast by the larger cats
 
Change of plans-it seems that my Umbee and Dovii aren't playing nice with the other 3 cichlids-so should I still plan for cats and if so then wouldn't in the long run a Vulture Cat be a good idea since my Umbee and Dovii are sooooo aggressive.
 
I would have some kind of cichlid or large barb in the pond with just 2 large very aggressive top water fish i could see some problems in the future
