Catfish

Can anyone tell me what kind of catfish this is? Got him from a local pet store. They didn't know anything about him because someone gave him up because their tank developed a leak.

i believe 18 in max...but doubt it will get that big...all i know is they eat a ton

Well I would like to ask a couple of more questions. He is about 7" and I paid $11 for him. Is that a good price? What kind of food would be good for kim? Feed him some shrimp and he loved it, should I continue with that?

that is a good price at that size. You will not have trouble getting him to eat ANYTHING. Just mix up his diet with stuff like shrimp, talapia, earthworms, and a main staple of sinking pellets.
