Those geckoes and anoles are great they eat mosquitos and other insects which as you know can be a pest here in Florida.

They are your friends . Just get a hose and wash off the lizard waste now and than.
 
Not to sound crazy, or assume you can just relocate but the native wildlife is something you deal with if you choose where to live.

Wash the ***** off, and be happy there are less much more annoying insects around.

Thats the way I look at plus from what I understand they eat the introduced brown recluse spider and certainly eat drones of mosquitos. Easy enough to get the hose and hose away the gecko, anole ,tree frog poo .
Which is no big deal .
I don't use any insect spray in the yard because I can't due to few pvc ponds but the large amount of lizards I have at this point keep things insect free esp the house geckoes.
 
hmmm.... I might only feed my snake the other common house geckos and keep the gekko monarchus as a pet heheh... it seems too pretty anyway...

hahah!! i would love to give you ALL my geckos if you were on the other side of the street from my house, but we live oceans apart!!:ROFL:
