+1 looks like a juv wiper. Broken lines means wiper in my book. They are a ton of fun when bigger. Pull like a mule.

but the broken stripes are not enough pronounced and the stripes doesn't looks like broke enough to me. Broken lines occurred in white bass and stripers as well.

Looks like small white bass since white perch do not have any stripes at all.

In the second pic lines look broken to me. Just going on the experience I have fishing for them. White bass normally have unbroken lines Never caught true stripers but from what I have read they have straight lines too.

Could just ask DNR if they stock that area with wipers. They almost never reproduce just like saugeye. If there not stocked most likely just a white bass
