Caught me a Mekong Cat

I used rented gear , nothing big . They were reeled in within 10 minutes or so average ... The biggest ones maybe 15 . I'll find an action pic ...

It is a related species . I believe the giant mekong catfish is supposed to be the largest freshwater fish . It is endangered , but this was at a stocked fishing lake . Strickly catch and release .

Thanks Frank.I am familiar with this family of fish but sometimes it is not easy to tell witch is witch.The one that Woody caught could even be a hybrid of two different pangasious species.Anyhow,what up?...havent seen you around much other than liking posts here and there lol.

lol mostly been fishing.....July is a tough month, but we're getting 'em. Got some more friends to get licenses, more people to get into the hobby. Bought a pair of RTS yesterday, they got eaten already

There was a particular user from Europe who made me not want to come on here anymore, i'm sure everyone knows who without mentioning names lol, but I figured chasing people off the site will only make him happier so why let him win, right?
