Caught smuggling Red Arowanas

Arguing over a fish that more than likely in another 30 years is going to be wiped off the face of the earth. Beside's that even if there not there still going to be on the endangered list and still anybody living in the U.S is not going to be able to leagaly have one with out proper paper work. Why waste your time arguing like 5 year old ? and agree that there is not a better way to deal with the issue beside whats already being done.
 
I find it funny how everyone blames the smuggler,there just trying to make money. The people who want such fish and are willing to pay large amounts for them are the problem. Without buyers there would be no sellers,its that simple..

Very true, but the other way around is true as well, if there were no sellers to begin with, there can't be buyers. :grinno:

Well,who else got caught breaking the law besides the smuggler?Without supply,there's nothing to buy.
 
If it's about the arowana being endangered, fret not. Most probably it's from farm in Indonesia or Malaysia. Asian arowanas are being cultured at a commercial scale over here and its a multi million industry.
