nice! she loves that pose, doesn't she?
I myself love various species of jumping spiders. Even though the majority of species around here are smaller, they will never cease to amaze me. Just today I found one of the rarer metallic gold ones, of which I usually only find a few a season. I wish we had some decent sized wolf spiders around here! Oh well, I try my hand at keeping near anything I can get my hands on (much to my parents' dismay), including black widows, nasty tarantulas i've found in our yard, and many other not-so-friendly species. I've also spent many a happy our feeding crickets, flies and other invertebrates to specific spiders around the neighborhood. My favorite to feed would have to be the adult female black widows. They're just so gorgeous!!!

Oh yeah, I've had several widows!
I find regal, daring, and apache jumping spider here in Colorado. Sometimes zebra jumpers as well.

I like feeding funnel web spiders! It is spectacular watching them hunt. Orb weavers are cool too.
