I sure hope not... I know if I had bought that ray as a Pearl Leo hybrid I would not be pleased... Mike.. reassure me that if and when I get a Pearl/Leo it will look vastly different...How old is the ray in the pic?

I will tell you once more that ray in the pic is not a pearl/leo, just some type of mantilla by the looks of it. They are distinctly different, the pups turn out black with yellow markings. Not my cup of tea, i prefer true leos, with a jet black base and blinding white spots. None the less the pearl/leos are the rays to have at the moment just behind galaxy P14s, and they are very rare and beautiful.

Here is an adult one http://www.amazonas-rochen.de/rochen/hybriden.html . He has already bred his pearl/leo with another leo. I'm waiting to find out what they look like. If it turns out that the spots get brighter and the base gets blacker i will be the first person to put my order in for one.
