HOw easy are these guys to care for? Im new to turtles and Im curious how to set up a basic tank etc..

I would still say no.. your tig cat could even eat the snapper.. these grow very slow and at hatchling size are probably no bigger than 1". Even if it survived without being eaten by your fish, once it got big enough it then would start to eat your fish.. I would suggest a seperate tank all the way.
