Hey I'm looking for a big sexy piece of drift wood as a center piece of my 5' by 18" Bichir tank.

You should check out manzanita. I think the member on here who sells it is manzman check the vendors forum I looked and he seems to have nice pieces and good prices. Him and dr. Fosters and Smith but I haven't actually seen their drift wood just prices for approximate sizes in the catalog they send me. Manzman has pictures of each piece so you can select.

I just happen to have a nice big piece of drift wood that I would sell. Can you receive pics to your phone? BTW I also live in southern Md. (Waldorf).

Yeah, I know about the manzita, there are some nice pieces, but I think they are better used as a bio type than just a single piece.

Yeah, I can get pictures on my phone. 325 812 4958, you can't receive PMS yet. Just send me pics with dimensions

I have a really nice piece I was going to use for my own. It is 36" high, but room to trim there. At widest point to pint it is 21", the base area itself is 12". Not sure if it shows in pictures, but this thing has a lot of character. There is a limb from another tree that was cut off at some point, and now looks like one of those impossable puzzles, like how did they get that in there.

It is from fresh water, and I could soak it in my tank if wanted.

I have never thought of selling it, so am not sure what something like this is worth now

Let me know what you think

That is a nice piece, but there is a couple issues:

- I'm not sure how shipping works with big pieces

- I'm looking for something preferably already waterlogged

BTW, great looking DIY setup.

I have seen their stuff on the website, is it decent quality?
