What about going to some of the wetland spots in your area and picking some up. Its a lot cheaper and many times you will find just as good if not better pieces.

As for finding local drift wood, I have tried and what I have found on local beaches doesn't seem to want to water log itself

So I think I found my answer on Ebay, there Is a guy that sells some absolutely amazing pieces with free shipping its worth a look for anyone who Is interested. He has huge pieces for monster tanks.
