My girl would FLIP if I tried to bring one home. One of these, a Tarantula, or a Scorpion, and I would be dead.
Not a big fan of them but they are pretty. I can honestly say I'm not scared of any animal out their, but these guys give the creeps when you spot one out of the corner of your eye running across the wall while you're watching TV with the lights off. I like to catch them and throw them into my Jaguar Cichlid's tank.

Ugh Seth! I hate the House Centipedes! They are in my apartment. My gf caught one once and set it free outside. It was shedding legs all over the place.

Awesome pics RMORSE.I want one bad,used to have millipedes but want one of these.If I ever get a dedicated herp room then I may add one in.Right now Im hating how my stuff is already spread around the house,its all nice,but ppl come over and its like they feel uneasy in each room because their might be a snake or lizard close by them,lol.Now that Im single again,last thing I should get is about the most lady repellent insect you could find,lol.BElieve it or not,Im most afraid of those big grasshoppers.
