There is a large millipede in Panama that has sharp little feet, they would not be a problem but they are attracted to sweat and when they walk across bare skin thiy leave little prickmarks, the prickmarks turn into little localized infections like pimples. I had one walk across my foot once and the next day there was a double row of yellow pus pockets across the foot. Not really a problem but annoying. Worse are these caterpillars that leave huge welts
