Okay, I took a chance with one of you guys' smaller choices....

Came back from the LFS with 5 Buenos Aires Tetras and a Tiger Pleco. (The silver dollars were too expensive lol!) I'm gonna try these guys for now and if they're still here by the end of the week, I'm gonna grab about 5-10 more for a nice school.

So far the Jag has not paid any attention to them. The previous owner of the Jag said it sucked because it's a pellet eater and wouldn't eat live fish so I'll cross my fingers and hope I have that going for me lol.:)

Here it is in the 90 gallon. (More driftwood/decorating to come)

Scotty...How are those BA tetras doing? I'm looking myself for some good dithers w/ a large cichlid

well I was going to watch the vid but youtube said it's been removed by the user...:WHOA:

I tried Buenos Aires tetras in my 125g w/ my JD, Mota, and 5 Star General. They lasted about 4 days. I never saw them get eatin, they just disapeared during the night. I started w/ 8 by day four I was down to 1. The same thing has happened to me w/ Danio's, except the Danio's actually lasted 2 months before their disapearal.

I think Silver Dollars would be a safe bet.

I would love to use a school of Bucktooth (Exodon) Tetras but I hear they might actually harm my cichlids?? Supposively they're nasty lil scale eaters. Anyone have any experience w/ these guys or ever try housing them w/ cichlids?

the only tetra with a sombrero and tequila
