I found one available for sale but know nothing about them. Google is not helping very much either, does any one know basic facts about temperament, hardiness etc about this pretty cool cat?
Also, what should the price be for a 12-13"?

ok cool, what do you think is a fair price for a 13-14"?
 
I believe the Centrodoras brachatus are much smaller (less than 1/2 the size) than the Oxydoras niger (black ripsaw catfish), not exceeding 16".
 
Last time I saw one available it was $40 for a 12" fish, being privately sold by another hobbyist. Not something that is commonly available though, and I would expect a larger wild caught fish to retail for substantially higher.
 
Well this guy is asking $250 for it, not sure. What do you think?
 
I don't have any pics but I have seen it in person so I know it's legit. It's also a credible vendor who has had it for a few weeks.
