Fruity pebles, Capt. crunch, Cin. toast crunch.....it goes on, I like healthy ones too....buuuutttt, I've never had a cavity/filling or any problems with my rock frigging hard teeth. Ya just gotta drink all the milk w/em and then some Besides...lil sugar in the mornin will get the brain slammin....ya just gotta follow up with some munchy stuff. YOU SOUND LIKE A WORRY WART
