ok thanks for most of the good information.... but one thing wut would be a good size tank to put a decent amount of fish in like about 5 varied size fish and some decoration and live rocck?

i would say anywhere from a 55 or larger. then pick your fish based on your size tank. you could keep pretty much all of those fish i a 55 for a while. you would just have to get a larger tank or get rid of the blue tang. i would suggest if you wanted to keep them all in one tank to get at least a 125gal. with good filtration. just keep in mind that sometimes the tangs will fight against eachother. so watch them. oh and put them in the tank at the same time or put the blue tang in first. the yellow tangs have been know to be more agressive then the blue tangs. also i cant emphasize enough to get a good book on bahaviors and suggested tank sizes. the book that previously suggested is a great book. i dont buy a fish without looking it up first. it also tells you how big they can get and how aggressive they typically are. the book marine fishes by scott w michael suggests that a 75 would be big enough for all but the blue tang its sugessted tank size is a 100 gal. i'm pretty sure it means the six foot one not the four foot one but i'm not going to put words in his mouth. your royal gramma and the clowns suggested tank size is a 20 gal. allthe others is a 75 gal. hope this helps. i stress enough about the book though. :)
