what are the differences between this fish and the Musky and the Northern Pike? Itr is a stupid question for US monsterkeepers but please bear with me....

I believe the tiger muskie is a sterile hybrid cross between the muskellunge and the northern pike.

ok. thank you. so what are the difs between the Muskellunge, the N Pike and ths Chain Pickerel? which one is bigger? is the N pike the Esox Lucius we have in Europe ?

chain pickerel can reach 36" but usually stay below 24"... we capture this guy the other night after he attacked my wifes leg while wading in about 5"s of water scooping up top minnows to feed our oscar.... hes currently 16"

awesome fish those pikes..we have a dam in these here parts that needed some fixing, and the municipal divers went down there and saw a whole bunch of those fish, steadily oggling them..thay came back up, afraid and refused to go back down....

haha, same at hoover dam. except it was volkswagon size catfish.

Kill the Oscar and keep the killifish
