When I first started this hobby, I bought two flowerhorns the typical aggressive, territorial cichlid which somehow paired in the community tank. I gave away the brightest ones from the batch to my friend which eventually paired also. Anyways long story short, he returned the favor and shot me a paired flowerhorns. Nothing special but they look like they are going to fill the tank up. I'm thinking of removing the divider soon. What do you guys think? I have a driftwood log piece that has multiple holes so the fhs can only get it but these cichlids grow fast. Should I just try with convicts?
