Chanchitos? Centrarchus?

Mikes Killer Fish has some, as well as Rapps I think. Definately a great cichlid! Very unique, great to watch! Doesn't get too horribly large either!

All the time. Just not having any luck getting wigglers out of them. I want to find another male or female, see if pairing one or the other up with a different mate might get me some fry.
They killed the odd-man-out not long after I got them. Still a great fish. I love watching them.

Rapps has Argentina Chancho's right now! Buy some. I was going to get one until I seen the Cichlid Scene's Barred Midas on Rapps website.

It's just the avalibility. I mean I love chanchitos but I can't find any except for Rapps.

I'm thinking of stocking my pond (still in the very prelim planning stage) with chanchito. They're cold tolerant so I'm thinking they'll be a good choice, plus you don't see many of them so I'm sure people will appreciate somebody breeding them.

I have both fish. The Facetum (Chanchito) is another under rated cichlid.
