i dont think i would be game to do my first salt water tank in a 55.. would go bigger coz it is easier to maintain

what kind of filter do you have? alot of live rock and some kind of mech filtration and maybe a protien skimmer is really it, plus some test kits and a hydrometer.

SG is only for reefs really

Oh. If you have an anenomie,(spelling) is that considered "reef"

um.. typically, because they do require higher lighting and usually supplements but just fish and one nem isn't REALLY a reef. and SG doesn't matter cause nems don't need calcium.
