i kept 10 rainbow snakehead in 45.30.30 tank and its ok but they have the same size but its ok

You have no idea how wrong you are do you?

I wouldn't keep 1 Bleheri in a 45cm long tank, let alone 10!

a little update.. i move the ornate to friends tank.. and i left my old bleheri alone with 2 zebra danio(idk why these 2 danio leave happily with my bleheri) in the 58litres tank.. these the picture

Good news is i just bought 2 used aquarium back in my hometown.. 3feet x 18inch x 18 inch and 4feet x 30inch x 30 inch.. i'm looking forward to cycle it when i get back before i bring new fish to my home..

how many bleheri can i put in the 3 feet tank? is it possible to breed them there?
im thinking put 3 or 4 c.auranti in 4 feet tank.. is it overstock?
Many Thx for MFKers.. I'm learning how to treat these guys well..

In my Opinion, you could get away with a single Auranti in the 4ft tank, but not a pair or group.

Aurantis can fight like crazy even with their own kind, even with a partner. So they need plenty of swimming space. I would say 6ft length tank minimum for a pair.

im wrongly calculated it.. it should be L 150cmX W 60cmx H 80cm. Im going back around october.. since the price of channa in indonesia is inflating high.. im thinking to bring some from singapore rather than buy locally. is it a good idea to put 2 or 3 auranti in there? or 1 still have stick to one? my lfs seldom have auranti.. therefore i have to search from next month.

the other tank is L 90cm xW 45cmx H 60cm.. im still considering between sp redfin or bleheri.. any suggestion? advice for possibilities to breed in that tank?
